Late Return Policy

1. Customers must return the rented vehicle at the predefined date, time, and drop-off location agreed upon at the time of booking.
2. The drop-off location cannot be changed after pickup unless expressly approved by MK Rides, subject to applicable charges and operational conditions.

A delay exceeding 30 minutes without prior communication or an approved extension may attract late-return penalties in accordance with MK Rides’ applicable rental terms.

Additional rental charges for late return must be disclosed and agreed upon in advance. The penalty is applied under the rental terms that apply to your booking and is communicated to you. Ask MK Rides about it before you book if you want to know in advance.

If a customer anticipates being late, they must contact the designated field executive and request a trip extension before the scheduled return time.

1. Trip extension requests must be submitted at least one hour before the scheduled drop-off time.
2. Customers must contact the designated field executive by phone to request an extension.
3. All extension requests are subject to vehicle availability and approval by MK Rides. Submission of a request does not guarantee approval.
4. If an extension request is denied, the customer must return the vehicle at the originally agreed date, time, and location.
5. Failure to return the vehicle after an extension request has been denied may result in applicable late-return penalties.
6. Approved extensions will be charged at the standard rental rates applicable to the extended duration.
